Orders over £210.00 are charged £9.95 to cover Shipping and Collection.

Orders under £210.00 are charged £14.95 to cover Shipping and Collection.

We use various carriers for Shipping and Collections.

Orders placed before 17:00 ship next working day (Mon - Fri).

Orders placed after 17:00 ship within 2 working days (Mon - Fri).

Dispatched orders will be confirmed with a tracking email link (Mon - Sat) excluding Sundays.

Deliveries require a signature. If you miss the delivery, we are not responsible for any delays or lost usage time.
Return & Exchange Policy

Return collections are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

Drop-Shop labels can be provided as an alternative to collections: A barcode is provided for printer-less returns where available.

All solutions are fully tested and working prior to dispatch - Any faulty/defective solutions will be replaced once confirmed as faulty/defective.

Returning units must be inside original packaging to avoid damage.

Dispatched orders are not eligible for return for a full refund, a 50% restocking fee will be charged to cover the activated SIM.

Returns are not accepted for refund if the Coverage Checker has not been used to confirm service availability in client location.
